As my name suggests, perfect fit for a long body 2006 single cab Tundra (6 speed manual). The OEM handle broke on my fingertips just after trying to open the tailgate. They replaced it perfectly and also allowed me to use the original locking mechanism which allows me to use my regular key. Absolutely no complaints or questions. Installation 15-20 minutes if you have experience with mechanics and tools. I'm not a mechanic but I know the basic tools and did the installation with ease.
