Completely inaccurate description. No "smooth bearings", no bearings at all! Simply screw through the middle of the rubber cylinder. There is a nut at the bottom of the cylinder and a nut under the bracket. The problem is, when you tighten the bolt holding the rubber cylinder to keep it in the desired slot, the top nut turns and slightly compresses the cylinder so it doesn't turn at all! If you try to loosen the top nut for more play, the cylinder will wobble. If it had a real bearing, the top nut would be compressing the bearing, not the cylinder. This has been done since bearings were invented. I suspect the company didn't actually try to install the device as I received an email from the company asking if I liked the device. The quality of the materials, on the other hand, was very good, but had to send it back due to lack of stock. They need to hire an engineer for ten minutes to reverse engineer this thing.
