First impression. WOW. I received the StarSense Explore DX 102AZ, simply assembled it and had two clear nights to use it. It's lightweight, easy to move, but still pretty strong after installation. The app works surprisingly well, and after a few taps on the screen, the crosshairs knew where it was and I was guided to objects. The app is intuitive and very responsive. The sight through the scope was clear and the stars were dots. The app will even talk to you and give you information about the objects you're looking at as long as you see them. This is a game changer for aspiring astronomers! The biggest complaint I hear from aspiring astronomers is that they can't find anything with their telescopes and this platform is going to change everything! I can't wait to see where this technology takes next! Amazing product!
