Review on 🚴 Enhance Your Riding Experience with SMT-1" by Jeremy Levendusky

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Excellent sticks, it would be possible to put 5!

Blinds ordered because there are no reviews yet. I'm glad I did! They seem well constructed, heavier than I expected and very cheap compared to big brands. Let's face it, when you order something made in China, you never know what you might get! I would have no hesitation in recommending her to friends, family and neighbors. There are a couple of relatively minor reasons I didn't give them a 5, and I'll explain them here. 1) No instructions. While this is relatively easy to figure out, some basic instructions would be nice. The pegs came mostly unassembled, with the footpegs in one box and all the brackets and mounting hardware in another. 2) The actual length of the footrest itself is a full inch shorter than stated in the product description. Now I would normally assume the length is the footrest plus binding, but I asked the seller about their double binding and was told that the actual footrest (where your foot is) is "as shown in the description" was. So the logic follows that the same answer applies to them. NO. Not a breach of contract by any means, but not exactly. The swivels are fine: 4 5/8" vs the listed 5 3/4", but if the same goes for the dually swivels, they will only be about 3 1/2" long! 3) A design that that keeps the pins upright could be better. It relies on friction (and a wobbler) to keep them in place. I think this could be a problem area as the pins wear out. A spring loaded ball bearing would be better. This is probably an easy fix if it becomes a problem 4) There are 2 cryptic chrome plastic caps that don't seem to be going anywhere and an included hex key that doesn't fit any of the disassembled parts and isn't required for installation. Not sure why they are in the box 5) My 1 1/4" engine cover does not require the supplied plastic grommets (for 1" covers) to be installed, but it would be nice to have something to protect the fairing of my fenders would be. I have e Black uses electrical tape to get the job done The pros are few but important: 1) These s seem very sturdy and I doubt there will be any problems with them slipping off the railings. 2) The finish is excellent, although a bit of black touch-up is needed on the nuts and bolts as your tools can scratch them during installation. 3) You look really good!
