I wanted more stars for the packaging. Processing and packaging deserve 5 stars. The quality for the price isn't bad either. That's where love ends. It fails in performance and sound. Hence the one star. Right out of the box, after some testing, the spring-loaded trigger flexed back and didn't even ring anymore. I made several attempts to bend it and it worked sporadically (meaning the trigger pulled the bell to make it ring). When I'm out on my electric bikes, I need a reliable way to warn people. I really wanted it to be like this. I wasn't even looking for something different than what I normally do. I will buy a few things to see what actually works, but I was sure it would work. I'm disappointed.
