This would be great for TV, but it's not synchronized with the picture. It's not synced enough to be annoying. UPDATE 1/20/2021 I had to buy a digital to analog audio decoder ($22.99) to make it work with my TV apps like Netflix and Revain Prime. I also bought headphones to use while my wife sleeps. Unfortunately, there is no sound from the left earbud and the left earbud either in the headphone or the earphone. I would rate this lower than the stars I originally gave this. Given the cost (only $155) to get this working and the poor sound quality, I'd look for better options. For a cheaper option, this is normal.
