Review on 🍨 Lello Musso Pola 5030 Silver Dessert Maker - 2 Quart Capacity by Justin Dorsett

upset. for kitchen and dining room

From my experience I don't know what the rave reviews are about. Maybe my machine is broken or the conditions in which we work are so different that the result is incomparable. I'm using this in July in Southern California (90+ degrees Fahrenheit outside, just under 80 degrees Fahrenheit inside) at about 1000 feet above sea level just to give anyone reading an idea of the launch conditions. I found the mix icier than the result I got from the Wilfa Vanilje ($200-$300 machine), albeit in a different location than where I am now. To make matters worse, the blades didn't properly clean the bottom of the bowl every time they spun, resulting in a gradual accumulation of ice on the bottom of the bowl, causing the motor to run heavily, which Gears get tight and the whole machine makes loud noises. clap! with every turn. I contacted Revain support to see if they could get me a replacement blade and while this guy was as helpful and friendly as he could be there was nothing he could/would do (bosses refused all requests away). No replacement part, no partial refund so I can order a replacement myself, nothing. So I'm going to try again with a different recipe to see if the ice rattle situation goes away. If not, it will be returned. The machine is made from durable stainless steel, so for a plastic hater this is a nice machine, despite the plastic lid and spoon that comes with it. But it also makes it weigh a ton. The return will be routine. So buyers beware - if you're buying this to make low-fat options like porridge, low-fat ice cream, sherbets or sherbets, this isn't an option for you. But a product in this price range shouldn't be a "maybe" or an "if". When you receive it, it must be in perfect condition. So I'm very disappointed.
