Review on SPARC Regulator 0 60CFH UNF 18RH WARRANTY by Tony Addis

I'm on the second regulator within a month; The first had to be returned due to the assembly of the gauge housing on the flow meter itself. When tightening a deburred hose fitting on the flowmeter, the flowmeter was not attached to the fitting with sufficient threads from the meter body to the flowmeter, causing it to break and shearing off the threads on the fitting. The flow meter doesn't have enough threads for this fitting to fit properly and upon closer inspection it looks like they lined them up to seat properly and then added some sort of glue to hold them in place. I didn't want to bother looking for a new fitting so I sent it back and replaced it. The replacement came quickly and on time; I was more careful when attaching the hose fittings because I know the same problem can occur with this one as well. I don't use it for a week, I open the bottle and hear there is a noticeable leak. It came from the pressure gauge. After disassembling it completely, I found that the soldering had cracked and hence the leak. (Pictures included). I don't have time to return it and get my money back because that's the right thing so I just fixed it. (Pictures included). This thing is less than a month old, I don't feel like I should have that much trouble with it. I don't usually spend time on reviews, but this really tickled me. You get what you pay for. Also, the design of the back of the pressure gauge does not match the image in the ad. Looks very cheap when you get it in person.
