Amazing Counter/Controller

If you weld stainless steel and need a backwash, this is for you. a lot of. works great, especially for the price compared to others. highly recommended.

Pros
  • Quality Construction
Cons
  • Expensive

When welding and soldering, the handle fell off best

On first use, the left adjustment knob fell off before the valve opened. The valve needle is a very poorly compressed knurl, simply pushed into the smooth channel of the handle, very poor construction.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • weak

good for money

Build quality is good, a slight turning of the knobs produces too much change in consumption in my opinion. It's definitely adjustable, but too sensitive to the extent of adjustment. A little modification on your part will make this valve more user friendly. Otherwise there are no complaints.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Will be added later

TIG gas regulator on welders

I have been using the wrong gas regulator on my TIG for a long time. After switching to this one and actually dialing in the correct amount of gas my welding was a lot smoother lol I haven't checked the accuracy but seems legit. A second port comes in handy when I need to backwash stainless steel.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Something different

10/10 For this price there is no better

It was a pleasant surprise, I bought it thinking it was junk but it turned out to be a solid flow meter, all the important parts are good quality, good threads, nice smooth entry and entry nut. Leaks not experienced. Everything seems accurate but I'm not 100% sure because I can't measure it. In general I recommend. This is based on a 3 month use of 4-6 times per week.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Old

Bought for argon backwash on stainless steel

I bought this dual flow regulator specifically for backwashing stainless steel welding. I went through an unusual amount of argon. I'm not sure if it's because I flushed again. Or maybe the readings on the scale aren't that accurate. Either way, it works. I'm done with the work. I will probably only use this regulator for stainless steel work. I would buy this again. Compared to what is still available. This regulator works and it is profitable!

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • No automatic

Flow readings are off charts

I checked the flow rate with my cheap shooter meter - the regulator meter reads about twice as much as a stand alone flow meter. I figured the cheap gauge might be the problem, so I did a water displacement test - I opened the needle valve until the gauge read 10L/min and stuck the open end of its tubing under a water-filled graduated cylinder (fancy measuring cup). for exactly 10 seconds (I used a stopwatch). I collected 740 ml in 10 seconds, that's 4.4 l/min. Again, this is assumed to be 10…

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Available in white only

As well made as High Dollar Meter

Let me start by saying that this company offers exceptional customer service. I had an issue with a meter where the US readings were turned back and the LPM was facing forward. After I contacted the seller, he responded immediately and within two minutes of me emailing him with a solution and instructions on how to solve my problem. 5 star customer service. The Dual Output Argon MIG TIG Flow Meter really is as solidly built as the $200 models and works flawlessly. I have been using this device…

Pros
  • PERFECT FOR ✔ Miller, Lincoln, Hobart, HTP and most other welders!
Cons
  • Fading

Useful but not pleasant to use.

There are many 5 star reviews for this product and unfortunately this is not my experience. In hindsight I would buy 2 separate single outlet flow regulators and a high pressure adapter to both fit in 1 tank. I use this for TIG welding stainless steel with backwash. Problems: 1) One of the adjustment knobs was not properly installed on the shaft, which should be obvious to the person who did the assembly and also to the person who did the final assembly. 2) Gas meter valve adjustment is very…

You get what you pay for!

I'm on the second regulator within a month; The first had to be returned due to the assembly of the gauge housing on the flow meter itself. When tightening a deburred hose fitting on the flowmeter, the flowmeter was not attached to the fitting with sufficient threads from the meter body to the flowmeter, causing it to break and shearing off the threads on the fitting. The flow meter doesn't have enough threads for this fitting to fit properly and upon closer inspection it looks like they lined…

  • PRESSURE ✔ 0-4000psi inlet pressure, easy to read cylinder gauge included.
