No customer support; cheap materials

I got her moving a stripped down 1974 Nova. The car weighs less than 3,000 pounds in its current condition, so it's well under the 6,000 pound rating. The machine is not easy to move, but I moved it myself. I just have to rock the car a little to get the wheels turning in the desired direction. I recommend buying something other than diamond coated material. The diamond structure leads to uneven tightening of the wheel nuts. It didn't cause any problems for me, but a flat plate would have been better. Wheels are a bit cheap. The suture material is too soft. I removed one of the bolts when assembling my first set using a small 6" crescent wrench. I also had a nut that was split on one side. The parts are low quality, but if you want something cheap and the performance is way below average, they can work quite well. The biggest problem I have with this product is that there is no customer support for Pentagon Tool. I've searched the internet to no avail. I then spoke to Revain customer service for 2 hours and tried to contact Pentagon Tool to replace a broken wheel but they have no customer service. Even Revain customer service cannot contact them directly. This means that if you have any problems with the product, such as B. a missing nut or a broken thread, you must return the entire kit to Revain within the return period, or you must purchase the parts to repair it yourself. If you have problems after the return period has expired, you are on your own.
