Easy navigation through the system, no glitches (yet) when adding new devices or equipment, easy integration of other systems such as OMRON. The support is incredible! I cannot say enough good things about their customer service department. So far my favorite part has been that everyone gets along together well with each other and they are always willing to make suggestions if there is any way to improve the product even more. I do not like the fact that we can't customize our own forms because it seems like everything comes from off-the-shelf templates available online. We have yet to see how much customization we will be allowed. If you want a fully integrated EHR/PMEAS suite, this one fits your needs perfectly. There is nothing out there right now that can compare to its ease of use and features. The benefits include but are not limited to 1.) Integration across multiple departments 2.) Great organization and storage of all medical documentation 3.) Provides an electronic copy of records via email link 4.) Better time management 5.) Automation of tasks. It is a great system with a lot of features. It is easy to use and the customer support is excellent. I have used it for a couple of years now and have nothing to say about it. It is a great system and it does what it promises. I would recommend it to anyone. VersaSuite has helped my practice become more organized. It has also helped us track patients and keep them on track with their appointments.
