A good enough set, but a small tool set?

A socket set is a socket set. They seem to be made pretty well, came with a ratchet and such. But. The box that contains them only contains sockets. The set was packed in a box, the ratchet and attachments were included free of charge. Serious? This can be a good set if you have a toolbox that you want to add tools to, but don't expect the entire set to be in the plastic box that comes with it. My thoughts? Either make the box bigger or lower the cost and only include sockets in the price.
