Review on FreshLime by Julian Perkins
FreshLime - Very useful and user friendly
The most important thing I like about this software has been its simplicity of use, it's very easy to get used to using as compared to other similar softwares out there! It also gives you an overview at once which can be helpful when dealing with large amounts of data or information. Sometimes it lags but not too often so no big deal here either way. There are some things they could improve such as making their support team more available during office hours. Their website was down last week due to server issues so we couldn't access our account even though everything else worked fine. Support questions were answered promptly however; otherwise if something went wrong then we would have had trouble getting help since we didn't know where to look online for answers.
