This is a small light weight under saddle bag. It hangs by two straps from the bottom of the seat and has a strap to go around the seat post. When cinched up, it stays in place fairly well with minimal sway. While it's small, I was able to fit everything necessary for a road tool kit inside. The saddle bag came with a multitool (with separate allen key to tighten the tool bolts). Some complained about the tool bolts unwinding and the tool coming apart so I clamped the tool and removed the bolts to add threadlocker. Upon removing the bolt, I observed threaddlocker had been applied to the bolts from the manufacturer. Besides the multitool, I fit a spare 700c x25 spare tube, a small adjustable wrench, a fixed 13mm/15mm wrench, a chain hook, a CO2 cartridge with sleeve on, an inflator valve, some tire patches and valve caps in a small parts bag and three tire pry bars. There was also a strap stitched to the back where a light can be mounted. The bags fabric and stitching are fairly light weight so may not be suitable for a rough riding environment like mountain biking.
