I would not recommend use with oscillating multi-tools. The oscillating tool blades are too big for my Dremel which works universally with many branded accessories. I had to trim the leaves. The oscillating part of the plates has vacuum holes and to my knowledge there are no oscillating tools with vacuum. These holes allow the material being sanded to come into contact with the loop and hook on the back of the sanding pads and wear them down quickly. As a result, your sanding pad wears out quickly. I ruined a fairly new gasket after using a few sheets. Also, I'm not sure if the back of these sheets is loose, but the tool's vibration is not transmitted to the sandpaper itself. You can see the sanding pad moving, but the blade stays still. This can be one of the causes of premature wear of the backing pad.
