I bought this oven because a friend highly recommended it. We are in the process of renovating our kitchen so we were looking for a reliable toaster whilst our kitchen is in a mess (2-3 months) although we didn't want to spend a lot of money as we are replacing all our appliances. However, I went with a reconditioned oven. It bakes well, but the oven rack was bent and I didn't realize it was a defect until I compared it to my friend's rack, which was not bent. As a result, the rack does not sit properly in the oven. When the oven door is opened, the grid falls out of place, which in turn causes the hot contents to fall out of the oven. Possible danger and confusion.
