turned out to be a waste of time and money, i was trying to fix a year old lg fridge with google diagnostics - after the fixer basically said if they knew it was was an LG product, it wouldn't even come out. Needless to say, my attempt to fix this didn't work. This rating isn't the product's fault, but if you're trying to fix something and go to Google diagnostics, bite the bullet and buy a new fridge, preferably not LG.
