I like how easy ngDesk is to use. I can set up tickets, assign them to different people, create customer support workflows, and set up follow-ups. The customer support team is very professional. I really love that it is cloud-based. It is extremely easy to access the help desk from anywhere and on any device. I dislike that it is expensive and requires annual dues, but that's the price you pay for being so professional. We're solving our ticket volume with this software, as well as the time it takes to get back to customers with answers. This is a great way to not just manage tickets but also resolve them quickly. I like that it's easy enough to use but also has all of your tools built in so you don't have to go elsewhere if there are other programs out there which do what you need them too. It can be confusing at first because everything looks different than when we used Help Scout previously - however once you get acclimated with how things work here (and know where certain functions live) then its fine! We've been able solve our issues much faster since switching over as well.
