I like how easy ngDesk is to use. I can set up tickets, assign them to different people, create customer support workflows, and set up follow-ups. The customer support team is very professional. I really love that it is cloud-based. It is extremely easy to access the help desk from anywhere and on any device. I dislike that it is expensive and requires annual dues, but that's the price you pay for being so professional.
