Works great for us and happy clients

The best thing about this platform was that it gave more options in terms of pricing structure as well which made things better than other competitors out there at lower price points too!The UI/UX can be slightly improved but overall working with them has not been an issue yet either, they do what you ask them when asked by customers!! Great product management team & friendly sales people who are always willing answer questions (even those off-topic ones!) We had used many different tools before when looking into Help Desk Software including Zendesk etc., so we needed one where all our concerns could come together under 1 roof seamlessly without any hiccups or interruptions once everything came online like other platforms did previously. I like the ability to have multiple agents working on the same ticket. I also like the ability to have multiple agents work on the same ticket. I dislike that it can be difficult to find a ticket that has been updated. It is easy to create tickets that have not been updated. We have been able to solve the problem of having multiple agents working on the same ticket by using ngDesk.
