Easy to use, reliable service for our business process automation requirements. Their customer support team are always very helpful when making requests or questions that arise during implementation of their products. They offer many services so it can be difficult to choose what will best suit your needs! I would recommend them highly but if you have any issues with an aspect of their product then they do listen and try their hardest at resolving these problems. We were looking to improve our search capabilities through indexing all documents in one place so we could easily locate records across multiple systems/databases.
