The machine learning capabilities are great, very easy to use for our small business users. You can setup alerts that will notify you when there's an error in your system or if it detects something suspicious going on with certain keywords etc. I wish we could do more than one crawl at once but this isn't really possible so don’t worry about not being able to run multiple crawls simultaneously - just keep checking back!
