Review on Mindbreeze InSpire by Steve Brethorst

I like that you can control all aspects of your search from one place, this gives me more flexibility than having to use multiple tools - we have been able to centralise our in house searches so everyone uses it together which makes life easier for us! The only thing i dislike about mind breeze inspire are they don’t offer any support or help when something goes wrong/missing functionality etc.

We need an easy way to get answers quickly without having to wait days for them via emailing each other back & forth. If there was some form of reporting function where someone could create their own reports using filters within Inspite then that would be nice too but thats not available yet.
