Review on 📄 Fellowes Powershred P-30C: Efficient 6-Sheet Cross-Cut Deskside Paper Shredder by Tony Meyer

Need a paper shredder to replace my old cheap model. Was familiar with the SafeSense feature at work and was happy to find this model at a reasonable price. SafeSense was absolutely essential for me to increase security when visiting young people. I got tired of turning off the shredder when we had guests. This model has a large capacity and seems to handle paper well. I usually shred 3-5 sheets at a time, so the "designer" capacity of 10 sheets was fine with me and I had no problems with it. As mentioned, it has a detachable head unit, so it's a bit heavy. I would have liked the door and inner basket but I know from work they are more difficult to clean and cost twice as much. So I'm fine with this design, will definitely buy again (actually I bought three, I'm tired of shredding everything for my kids!). I haven't tried the bags either, but they are easy to clean. seemed louder than I expected from the start, now it seems to have calmed down and is bearable. I plan on lubricating him regularly and that might calm him down a bit. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase, it seems durable and I expect it to last a while.
