I like how easily it integrates with our existing systems as well as being able to use an API (or other). It does not integrate fully into all applications so you can't make changes (such as adding columns) when using third party apps/tools such as Xactware etc. Also integration between different parts of the system has been difficult but this could be because we are using older versions than what they offer now. We're looking to reduce prescription errors by having more complete patient history data available at time of writing prescriptions - which would also help us identify potential medication interactions early enough before patients get sicker.
