The ability to easily add new features into our system without having any IT support was very helpful! We were able solve many problems with this product before we had time to reach out elsewhere (ie., Oracle). I don't have anything negative about using DX Script so far as it has been extremely easy going from start up through implementation; however, if you are looking more towards long term stability then other products may be better suited than just starting off where they left us when…

Pros
  • Ease in adding functionality at scale
  • Easy interface for developers / users
  • Reliable source code available upon request
Cons
  • Not bad

Great way in tracking current AND past scripts

The ability to be able to pull up a patient's prescription history from anywhere has been very helpful when I am trying to figure out what medication they are currently taking. It also helps me with my own prescriptions as well! There isn't anything really bad about this product but it would help if you could have more than one type of pillbox available within your app. Having just two different types (pill/tablet) can make life difficult sometimes especially since we don't always know which…

Pros
  • Easy way in order that doctors may check off or take notes.
  • Very easy access
  • Helps maintain compliance, etc
  • Good communication between prescribers & pharmacies via email alerts sent by system administrators upon changes made through website portal; emails notifying providers directly without intervention required
Cons
  • Minor Issues

Overall good experience even though there is room for improvement

I like how easily it integrates with our existing systems as well as being able to use an API (or other). It does not integrate fully into all applications so you can't make changes (such as adding columns) when using third party apps/tools such as Xactware etc. Also integration between different parts of the system has been difficult but this could be because we are using older versions than what they offer now. We're looking to reduce prescription errors by having more complete patient…

Pros
  • Easy access via website easy process for creating scripts through GUI or APIs.
  • Ease in sharing information back & forth within organization, across partners; eases communication internally too..to some extent.! :)
Cons
  • Will fit
