Pros: * The most affordable heart rate monitor that transfers exercise data to a computer. * Very comfortable watch for everyday use - very light, excellent strap. * Excellent display - easy to read. * Easy to use. .Cons: * HR signal is not compatible with fitness equipment (does not send real-time signal to elliptical trainer/stepper/treadmill) such as Polar and Nike. * Once the battery runs out, you will be in trouble. Took it to a jeweler as suggested in the instructions but they didn't touch it as they didn't sell that model. They said they could ship it but it would cost around $25 (for a $50 watch?). I changed the battery myself, but you can't do that without damaging the plastic lining inside. After changing the battery I let it run for a day but it has since shut down. By taking it apart and reassembling it (not as easy as it looks) I can get it working for about an hour before it fails again. This is after about 6 months of use.
