Review on ProtoCHART by Michael Glassburn

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Overall good experience thusfar, needs lotsa room though before complete comfort

It's quick to navigate through patient screens with all of their info in one area vs having it spread out throughout multiple apps or windows! We're new users so we don't have much use cases yet but what I've used has worked well (i haven’t found anything major). For now this seems useful until there is more training content available online about features that aren'm familiarized too as an existing user. So far most things are pretty easy/intuitive once you read how its laid up & understand where certain buttons will direct your attention etc., if anyone can provide some examples and specific questions they may need assistance answering then i would greatly appreciate getting connected / helping them along those lines!! Having had access into medical records previously was difficult due time constraints which also led me down another road regarding learning systems like these electronic ones compared ot paper-based versions when dealing w my father atm.. In-house system is integrated with billing software making it very user friendly in our clinic workflow process which helps speed up processes of patient care flow to help provide better outcomes for patients. It has been able to streamline workflows from start to finish that improve efficiency across multiple departments including finance/billing department as well as clinical operations within my own organization (Internal Medicine).

Pros
  • The best feature, imo..is being able to see ALL information related directly pertaining specifically relevant data points without needing separate resources suchas other tabs open elsewhere just trying connect various pieces together saves loads of clicks back'n forth between applications; no longer do u require 2 steps forward 1 step backward anymore!!! Makes life easier than before because everything gets consolidated easily instead oof scattered accross several different sources requiring many extra keystrokes just navigating
Cons
  • Not bad
