Review on DENTIDESK by Bill Howard

I like it that I can keep track of everything for my office. It is very organized with appointments booked already into their system so there are no surprises later when they schedule something during me being out or sick (which happens often). The only thing i don't really care too much about is how to change colors which could be more user friendly but other than that its alright! Overall i'm happy because this has made my life easier since we have been using Dentidesk now for over 2 years. My dentist loves to refer patients here now as well even though she knows they're not paying us directly yet haha. They pay after 1 year if patient signs up then pays them monthly until paid off at 12 months mark. Easy process once set-up. Nothing! Just make sure you know what kind of software/computer you need before purchasing otherwise things might get messy. Keeps all records together such as insurance cards.
