Review on 🖨️ Black CopyPal II DVD Duplicator - Single Target (No LCD Display) D01COPYPALII by Leo Torres

I have purchased this item twice from Revain. Both times he arrived DOA. The copy process did not start after closing the drives. I spoke to the support staff and they confirmed that the machines are not working. The second time around they "allowed" me to open the back cover and try to reconnect the drive controller, but I had to deal with them (rather than Revain) for any return and postage costs. I'm sure they were right that it was an easy fix, but I didn't want to bother with their Quality Control (QC) problem anymore. When a problem like the one I'm having is frustrating because it doesn't have a display to tell me what's wrong (or even that there's a problem) - I've tried every imaginable permutation of user instructions and spent a lot of time ( also under guidance of the technical support) in order to diagnose the problem. Cool product, good price but lousy quality control?
