Review on Aven 10315 Technik Stainless Serrated by Travis Rogers
Rust resistant and good for picking bones (and also for more typical use with tongs)
I bought these primarily to remove the "bones" from salmon fillets before cooking. The stainless steel coating prevents rust and makes it easy to clean. I used to use similar carbon steel pliers which were prone to corrosion and difficult to clean. They were sent to the tool box in the garage for more traditional use.
