I like their small size. They are suitable for a generous portion for one or smaller meals for two. They are compact and fold beautifully; 30 only took up about half the freezer compartment of my standard size fridge. I used 5 ounces of seasoned meat with veggies (onions, mushrooms, peppers) and about three tablespoons of any sauce. I used to do this with foil bags, but they leak and don't fold well. They're more durable than regular foil and for the price, they're worth throwing away. Ps I usually add it to other stews and/or microwave rice, hence the rich sauce.
