Very easy to use. put to bed. Move the handle back. Once the kingpin is fitted, the handle will lock automatically. 360* flexible head smooths out uneven terrain. The double jaw ensures a safe and smooth ride, no sticking or "loosening". I'm pulling a 15,000 lb 41" 5th wheel on my 2006 F6.0L with universal rails in the body. This hitch doesn't even flinch.
