I bought these for my 5 year old (and myself). These pencils seem much brighter and more vibrant than any other colored pencils I've tried. They seem to be quite bright without having to press hard and I haven't had any issues with breaking, splitting etc and they sharpen well. I love how the tray slides out of the box so you can see the crayons without worrying about them rolling on the floor - important when drawing with a young child! I will definitely buy more of these!
