Conforms to the specifications. Excellent price.

All to specification. I have several American Defense scope mounts and they use a 9/64" hex screw size and it fits perfectly. I have a 1/4" torque wrench that also fits the spec. It was the cheapest quality hex bits of that size that I could find.
