Review on Comcast XFINITY Internet and Voice - Motorola MT7711 24X8 Cable Modem/Router with Two Phone Ports, DOCSIS 3.0 Modem, and AC1900 Dual Band WiFi Gigabit Router by Ishon Prz

Installed very quickly and activated on the Comcast network in about 10 minutes. I checked my account when the modem was up and running and the hardware list showed my new device and the correct serial number. VOIP took about 1/2 hour to become fully functional but that is the nature of VOIP calls as it takes a while to update the ANI/ALI table. A small problem with the technical documentation is that it should contain a list of post-installation tasks and step-by-step instructions for changing the default passwords to protect against hackers. This is minor as they strongly recommend it in the documentation. Just no clear instructions. Overall it took me about 40 minutes from start to finish and I have a secure and reliable gateway that is 10% faster than my Comcast device. By the way, the return of the rented apartment was painless and fast.
