Worked very well if you don't do anything else. I've tried magic erasers, cleaning brushes, sponges, and every imaginable type of cleaner, but nothing helped the orange-brown plumbing in my toilet. This worked with lots of elbow grease and Iron Out Cleanser. The only downside was that it wore off quickly and I only cleaned the sink and half the toilet with one pad. Ordered more to finish work. Next time I'll try the shower.
