I had a problem last week when Apple released an update that disabled my hub. I've had this product since last summer and it's been amazing so far. I had no complaints and it works well with my wired keyboard and other accessories. When the 10.15.4 update stopped working and a call to Apple didn't help, I emailed HOMESPOT and they responded to my issue very quickly. Apple released a new update and they emailed me before I even downloaded the update that it should fix the problem. IT FOUND IT! Not only does this product work with my MacBook, but during a pandemic like the coronavirus, I am grateful to their team for helping me solve my problem very quickly and efficiently!
