Excellent platform for customer success and retention
Easy integration with Salesforce, very responsive team of engineers who are always there when you need them most! Highly recommend it - they support is outstanding, our ticketing system has been so much better since we implemented their solution (and that's saying something!).
Their product roadmap is constantly evolving which makes any decision making process difficult at times as one must make choices between features/functionality being added or those currently in use by others within your organization. We realized how important having an easy way onboard customers was once things started rolling out internally around 9 months ago via ad hoc integrations into other systems like HubSpot & Marketo.
