I've had my scanner for a while and I'm very satisfied. Just as I expected.

I have had a scanner for a long time and I really liked it. Just when I expected it, he left. For some reason the cable doesn't work at all. I tried on battery and all I get is a red scan. Does anyone know what's going on with him. Thanks in advance
