This product arrived in its original packaging but the inside of the UPS was damaged. The case has a corner chipped off and the device does not seem to charge. It doesn't look like 2000VA either. Or you have a UL or other safety certification. In my opinion, this product is potentially dangerous! THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR THIS PRODUCT. BUY APC OR TRIPP LITE, YOU COST THE MONEY EXTRA! UPDATE: Revain refunded my money, I just need to find a recycler to throw the item away. So I'm happy with Revain, but the product is rubbish.
