The premise is good and if the rotating nuts are replaced with real nuts and maybe some washers then this tool will do what it takes. But with manual torque on these nuts, trying to move a really stuck ring just didn't happen. Otherwise the build quality is good, it won't break, but the adapters for the non-plastic ring won't stay in place causing loss of torque and inoperability so I had to rip it off and risk hitting the plastic tank I bought the right tool. another unregulated one would not work either
