Ideal for cutting onions and potatoes.
I bought this to chop onions and potatoes to make grilled onion burgers, Philadelphia cheese sandwiches and potato pancakes. Works great, but super duper sharp. Be sure to use the protective cover (included) or cut-resistant cooking gloves. I use the latter. One slip and you'll lose your fingertip, so don't try it barehanded.
