Update: The first radio was broken, the screen went black. The seller acknowledged that they had this problem with others. They sent another one and I have to say the seller was very helpful. Now the sound keeps disappearing and you have to turn it off and then turn it back on to work. The sound is normal and then suddenly becomes very loud. It's the block itself. It's really annoying because the warranty has expired. This is an amazing stereo for my Polaris Ranger! The original stereo I had went blank and the company replaced it with no problem. Great product and customer service!
