Review on Enhanced Performance: Lake Country 5 Inch Dual-Action Backing Plate with Hook-and-Loop Fastener and Inner Steel Construction by Fredrick Edwards

I bought 2 of these and they are exactly as pictured. I paired this baseplate with a Porter-Cable 7424XP DA Polisher and Chemical 5.5" pads that come in a 3-pack with orange, white, and black pads and pad cleaner. The bottom plate did exactly what it was supposed to, it held the pads flawlessly and I had no problems. I am totally new to using a polishing machine and pads to polish, buff and wax my cars and have always done it by hand. Never again! This outfit combo worked great and my Tahoe looks better than ever. The case fits perfectly and still looks brand new. I bought a second one as a backup in case the disk wasn't that strong and I've never opened it and it looks like it won't be needed for a long time. I would buy again in a heartbeat.
