After spending a fortune on my first Kitchenaid stand mixer, I was hesitant to buy an accessory from another manufacturer. However, I had an upcoming dinner party and the Kitchenaid pasta roller would not deliver on time, so I took a chance and am very glad I did. It's easy to install and operate, offers all the thickness and thickness options you need, is sturdy, and the stainless steel body has a classic look. Homemade pasta has become a fun date activity for us and I would definitely recommend this product to everyone!
