Review on 📶 Renewed ARRIS Surfboard SBG6700AC-RB Cable Modem/Wi-Fi AC1600 Router with DOCSIS 3.0 by Justin Abrams

This item was purchased eight months ago. About a month ago I was having trouble connecting to WiFi only. It will either completely disconnect and reconnect, or it will be very slow. It shows that the warranty is provided by ARRIS, so I speak to the ARRIS company and guess what they told me? My warranty expired in 2017. This product was launched and used since 2015. In a short study, the expected lifespan of a router/modem is 2-5 years. I was sold an old product that was doomed and should not have been sold as it was almost out of service. I am extremely disappointed.
