Review on Sewing machine Janome Juno 513, white/flowers by Dimitar Moskovsky ᠌

Fits the description completely, very satisfying.

I had an electro-mechanical sewing machine with a display that performs 66 types of stitches, an automatic buttonhole, etc. it so happened that it broke down, although I did not sew on it for a long time. Now I approached the choice of this machine very seriously, having already some experience))) That's what was important for me (I will sew for the house - hem, shorten, change the zipper, sew curtains, bed linen, educational toys for my son, I don’t plan to sew clothes yet , although who knows what will happen tomorrow? ; ) ): Janome was looking for a company right away, she wanted to sew light, medium and heavy fabrics, a vertical shuttle, overlock seams, adjusting the pressure of the foot on the fabric and the tension of the bobbin thread. I chose for a long time, and finally received competent advice and confirmed my choice - Janome Juno 513.

Pros
  • sews quietly (as they promised me - since the base is a metal bed, not plastic), by adjusting the tension of the lower thread, I immediately got a perfectly even line, did a good job with heavy fabric (I sewed a developing mat for a child - several layers of fabric, synthetic winterizer and more to all this sewed applications) and a medium fabric, sewed a zipper with the help of a special varnish that comes with the kit - I didn’t think it was so simple.
Cons
  • a very simple "box" for storing accessories - just a hole, it would be nice if it had a lid)))) (I had it on my last typewriter). but that's the only thing that comes to mind
