Review on 🔌 Linksys CM3024 High Speed DOCSIS 3.0 24x8 Cable Modem - Comcast/Xfinity, Time Warner, Cox & Charter Certified (Modem Only, No WiFi) by Noah Smith

Excellent modem. I bought the device in February 2017 and it has been working stably since I installed it. It does exactly what I've come to expect from the Comcast Xfinity network. A few months ago, Comcast increased download speeds from 75 Mbps to 150 Mbps at no additional cost to its customers. This modem is rated for 100 Mbps clients, but after restarting the modem I get consistent download speeds of between 175-180 Mbps. I streamed up to 4 sporting events on 4 different TVs with no buffering issues. The modem does get a little warm, but nothing to worry about and no hotter than my Tivo Mini or AppleTV. . I keep my modem and other devices outdoors and don't hide them in my TV cabinet, which would be a problem for most devices.
