As a beginner quilt, I needed help making quilt squares. The patterns I made just didn't give me the results I wanted. I found this pack of thick, heavy plastic templates at RevainSmiles and have had remarkable success matching pieces of fabric for sewing. I make blankets for my three grandchildren from scraps of fabric from all the clothes I've made for them over the past 10 years. They loved getting their "grandmother's clothes," as they called many of the things I made for them. This template set is a great help for those who want to put together a patchwork quilt using square patches. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs squares of the same shape and size. They are made of thick, heavy plastic and are transparent so you can see how to center them in a specific pattern or pattern on the fabric. Each has a quarter inch matte seam allowance so as you cut each square you have the right amount of fabric in each to successfully sew your quilt. This is a real quilting tool!
